Our return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You can download a blank returns form HERE or a prefilled one from your shipping confirmation email.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must fulfill the following criteria:
• It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging and fit for resale.
• It must have been purchased from our website for full price.
Unfortunately we do not pay for shipping costs or taxes on returns so you will need to make sure the correct paperwork is included, correct postage is applied and a proof of posting obtained.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
The following deductions can apply.
- Refunds will be minus the original postage cost. If no postage was paid then a flat rate of €5 will be deducted to cover a portion of the shipping paid by us to send your order.
- If the package is not addressed correctly, missing our VAT or EORI number and tax is requested from us, this amount will be deducted from the amount available for refund.
If your returned goods are not in the condition required then we will email you within 3 days of receiving your items. You will be offered a return value equivalent to selling the goods on our outlet pages or the items may be sent back to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange products. If you need a different item please return the one you don't want for a refund and make a separate purchase for the correct item.
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you do return a sale item a €3 restocking and admin fee will be applied, and the balance will be refunded by gift card (after the shipping cost has been deducted).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.
If you are returning items over €50, you should consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing postal insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You should always ask for a proof of postage.
If you are shipping from outside the EU you must ensure that our VAT number and Eori number are noted on the outside of the package and that the package is marked clearly as a return with Poco Nido as the Importer Of Record.

If your returned item is deemed faulty, you will be refunded in full and return shipping costs will be paid by us. Please email photos and a description of the problem to email@example.com before sending any products back to us.
