How long will it take for my stuff to arrive?
We are currently using a third party fulfilment service in France.
Orders placed before 11am GMT will ship the same day.
Transit time varies depending on the service you select.
Please note that any delivery or processing time refers to business days and transit time is after goods have left our warehouse.
Whilst we do our best to make sure you receive your goods on time, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays which occur along the way. Delays may occur at holiday times, peak season, strikes, due to customs checks and so on.
Delivery times are approximate and are based on our transport service schedules. Far-off areas may add up to another day delay to the delivery times indicated.
Items are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
We do not make partial deliveries of orders. if one item ordered is not available, we will wait until all items are available before we send your order.
Duty and taxes are payable locally and are not included in your shipping price.
If your item does not arrive within a week of ordering please track your packaging, using the link sent to you in the shipping confirmation email before contacting us.
If you have a missed delivery you will need to contact the shipping company yourself to re-arrange the delivery, we are unable to do this for you because we don't know when you will be in!
